Challenge: Redesign an app and achieve launch success

Rovi, a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, was designing an app to centralize its communications since the profile of its employees is very varied. They contacted us because they were not convinced by its functionalities and they also had problems defining a communication strategy that would work.

Solution

After doing a research with all its employees, we got the necessary inputs to redesign an app that would meet all their demands, this way we already started to create expectations. For the launch, we carried out a campaign in which we involved workers from all areas, along with a communication strategy and phased actions to guarantee the downloads and later on, the use of it.



Results

- The campaign worked as planned and now it's the company's main communication channel.

- The new app was a success thanks to the previous research. Version 2.0 will be released shortly with the enhancements proposed by users.

- Rovi has found an effective and unique communication channel to centralize all its communications in addition to meeting the demands of its employees.
