Challenge: Create the employer brand of a great brand creator

Puig is an international company operating in the fashion and fragrance sector based in Barcelona. Thanks to its ability to create brands and translate fashion brands into the world of fragrances, has been able to become a global company of reference. The organization contacted us to collaborate in externally projecting aspects of its unique culture such as its: creativity, innovation and ambition, conceptualizing its employer brand in a way that would be attractive in all the markets in which Puig is present, and serve to incorporate highly qualified profiles in a sector in which large international brands operate.

Solution

Our goal was to give Puig the same entity as an employer brand as the one it has as a global brand. In order to achive this goal, we did a brand research (internal study, interviews, surveys ...) with the idea of finding their EVP (Employee Value Proposition) pillars, its core values as an employer brand; not only to attract the best talent but the best fit with their philosophy that could add more value to the brand. Once its pillars were found, we developed the EVP and adapted to the different channels that the company uses to contact its candidates and its employees. Within the communication strategy of the EVP we developed an employment website, video of the EVP, development of Linkedin and the different communication actions of the employer brand.



Results

- The proposal was approved as a global employer brand.

- The new EVP fulfilled the objective of transmitting the core values of the brand and improving the perception of it both internally and externally.

- A great boost was given to their brand awareness and the different sub-brands that they make Puig, as well as to the different activities they do.

- The results improved remarkably both in recruitment campaigns and in social networks . .
