Challenge: How to create the Employer Brand of the Leader of the Beer Sector

MSM is much more than the leading company in the beer industry. It is an independent organization with Spanish origins and international presence with a unique know-how that allows them to advance firmly in the design of the future. The company contacted us to help them with their strategy and concept of their new employer brand.

Solution

Our goal was to give Mahou the same entity as an employer brand as the one it has as a global brand. In order to achive this goal, we did a brand research (internal study, interviews, surveys ...) with the idea of finding their EVP (Employee Value Proposition) pillars, its core values as an employer brand; not only to attract the best talent but the best fit with their philosophy that could add more value to the brand. Once its pillars were found, we developed the EVP and adapted to the different channels that the company uses to contact its candidates and its employees. Within the communication strategy of the EVP we developed an employment website, video of the EVP, development of Linkedin and the different communication actions of the employer brand.



Results

- The new EVP fulfilled the objective of transmitting the core values of the brand and improving the perception of it both internally and externally.

- A great boost was given to their brand awareness and the different sub-brands that make up Mahou as well as to the different activities of the company.

- The results improved remarkably both in recruitment campaigns and in social networks.
